As we are growing in new markets, we're looking for our first Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Barcelona to promote and apply our methods & process. You will report to the Lead TA Manager based in Paris.
Your missions will be to :
Lead your recruitments like project management:
- Framing the need with hiring managers : understand the expectations, align with market reality and define the skillset to be evaluated at each steps
- Guaranteeing a qualitative candidate pipe : ensure that the job description is efficient, implement a productive sourcing strategy through various acquisition channel, build market mappings to better understand the environment you are addressing
- Ensuring relevant and fluid processes with regular feedbacks & efficient closing.
Be a business partner for Hiring teams : challenging needs, collecting transparent feedback, providing end-to-end support to evangelize professional and structured recruitment methods.
Manage every step of the process with rigor, transparency, and a constant focus on candidate experience.
Know how to prioritize and maintain a high quality delivery even when things speed up.
Actively participate in the continuous optimization of our methods: tools, reporting, processes and documentation.
Become a Talent Acquisition pillar as you will be the first TA in Barcelona and develop our employer brand locally.
What we are looking for :
- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a scale-up or a specialized sales recruitment firm in an international context.
- Native Spanish & fluency in French - fluency English would be a plus
- The ability to partner with hiring managers in defining their expectations and needs.
- The willingness to ensure a smooth candidate experience : drive candidate journeys with regular and factual feedback – even (and especially) when the answer is no.
- A data driven approach in your day to day follow up
- A proactive, autonomous approach, with a true sense of ownership over your topics.
- And most importantly: you love what you do, you put energy into it, and you're always on the lookout for ways to improve!
