🎯 Role overview:
As the Regional Director - Switzerland & Austria, you will report to the Chief of
Operations Officer of the Le Collectionist Group and will be responsible for maximizing client and owner satisfaction in your region while ensuring operational excellence and financial performance for the Swiss and Austrian destinations.
You will supervise the operational teams, On-Site and Pre-Arrival Concierge teams, and the Supply team across the four resorts in Switzerland and Austria. You will also be responsible for managing the main office and local branches, in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
✨ Key responsibilities:
- Leadership & management
Motivate, coach, and support multi-country teams to guarantee excellent service to owners and clients, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
Ensure training and the provision of necessary resources to guarantee service quality and the smooth daily operation of the teams.

Monitor and manage key KPIs (property exclusivity, NPS, occupancy rate, client and owner satisfaction) to ensure the achievement of operational objectives and seasonal profitability.
2. Operations
Supervise the Supply teams dedicated to the Swiss and Austrian destinations and ensure their alignment with defined strategic objectives.
Ensure that services are well-suited to the needs of different regions (Switzerland & Austria) and that each destination's portfolio respects established market specificities.
Strengthen the brands' position in the luxury market.
Guarantee optimized stay management while respecting the quality standards of both brands.
Lead regional concierge service management in alignment with local needs and client expectations.
Coach and support the Concierge team by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Ensure the production of regular reports compliant with group requirements.
3. Office & human resources management
Supervise procurement management and needs within the resorts: management of local and central orders in collaboration with the Head Office.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, oversee audits, and participate in workplace well-being initiatives.
Supervise the recruitment, training, and follow-up of seasonal teams.
Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and organize internal events to strengthen team cohesion.
