We're looking for our next Talent Acquisition Intern (F/H) to join our dynamic HR team and help us scale our Business operations! This is a 6-month, end-of-studies internship where your impact will be immediate and visible.
🤝 Reporting Structure
Direct Report: Margot, our HR Business Partner.You will be an integral part of the HR team, closely working with Astrid, our Talent Acquisition Manager, and having visibility across all teams (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.).
🥉 Missions: Your Core Responsibilities
As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a true partner in growth, focusing primarily on finding and attracting top profiles for our teams in France and internationally.

Sourcing & Headhunting (Strong Focus): Master the art of hunting for passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards. Your mission is to build a solid pipeline of high-potential talents.

Candidate Experience Management: Handle the entire recruitment process for your assigned roles, from the initial screening calls to organizing interviews and gathering feedback. You are the face of Implicity!

Employer Branding & Projects: Contribute actively to projects aimed at improving our candidate experience, boosting our visibility on social media, and refining our recruitment materials and tools.
🥈 Accountabilities: What You Will Achieve
This is a deep dive into the fast-paced world of a scaleup. You will be accountable for:

Pipeline Generation: Achieving weekly and monthly targets for qualified candidates sourced and added to the pipeline for different roles (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).

First-Level Screening: Conducting engaging and effective initial screening interviews to assess candidates' cultural fit, motivation, and skills.

Data & Tracking: Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a clean recruitment funnel.
🥇 Experience & Profile: Who You Are
This role is designed for a student ready to tackle concrete, high-impact challenges in an international environment.

Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in Human Resources, Business School, or a related field, and this is your mandatory end-of-studies internship.

Attitude is Key: You are proactive, autonomous, and genuinely passionate about understanding people and connecting them with the right opportunities.

Hunter Mindset: You are tenacious, creative in your sourcing methods, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send a personalized message to convince the best talents.

Communication Skills: You are fluent in French and English (essential for our international growth!).

The Bonus: Any prior experience (even short) in recruitment, a scaleup, or using LinkedIn Recruiter is a major plus.

General Information

Mandatory: Must be covered by a Convention de Stage (Internship Agreement).
💰 Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Stipend: 1 200€ per month
