Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Marketing and Product Development teams within the Artist Services department. The position will assist with merchandising operations, including D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) shop management, marketing campaign coordination, sourcing, and logistics. 

Main Responsibilities :

Marketing & Development (approx. 15h/week)

  • Coordinate with internal image teams or external graphic designers for D2C shop visuals, marketing campaigns, and live event materials.

  • Set up and monitor D2C shops: manage product listings and assist with lower-priority artist shops.

  • Provide assistance with after-sales service inquiries.

  • Support photo shoot logistics and preparation.

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns: product seeding, CRM actions, follow-ups.

  • Handle administrative tasks for the department: purchase orders, invoice tracking, etc.

Sourcing & Manufacturing (approx. 15h/week)

  • Create moodboards and propose creative/artistic directions for product manufacturing.

  • Manage couriers and process B2B orders.

  • Oversee logistics and shipping for B2B deliveries.

  • Support product logistics: receiving deliveries and performing quality control.

  • Create and register product listings in internal systems (BO SLQ, MVS).

  • Help coordinate logistics for live events and the Yaarz platform.
